Project Reporting

Interim Reporting

Use of the Interim Performance Report template is not required for mid-project reporting. However, we prefer that investigators use the template. The information solicited satisfies the reporting requirements outlined in agreements and provides staff sufficient detail to evaluate progress.

Financial Reporting

Financial reports are required for Cooperative Agreements and Grants, but not for Inter- or Intra-Agency Agreements. Financial reports are due on a strict annual, semi-annual, or quarterly schedule.

  • The Office of Management and Budget (OMB) has established a standardized reporting format where recipients who are awarded Federal dollars are required to submit a SF-425, also known as a Federal Financial Report (FFR).

Go to the OMB forms page
